This firm is seeking to recruit a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their Hove, East Sussex office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work and they focus on delivering great service and adding real value to client's transactions.

This role would be an excellent entry level position for a NQ solicitor or a fantastic stepping stone for those of you with up to 3 years PQE looking for progression.

• You will be an NQ to 3 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience that would be desirable include all aspects of development work, acquisitions, plot sales disposals, planning agreements, conditional contracts and options.
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE and there is an excellent benefits package
