In-House Counsel

A rare role has arisen for an In-House Counsel in a top tier International law firm.

A top international law firm with a global reach is seeking to expand their in-house legal team with the appointment of an In-House Counsel.

The In-House Counsel will be joining a team of three talented Magic and Silver Circle trained Corporate Lawyers advising the business on a range of matters encompassing corporate, commercial, and employment.

Recent transactions include a merger with an overseas law firm, a re-structuring project and a de-merger. The commercial side covers all supplier contracts, trade mark and data protection matters and the employment law is at partner level.

The In-House Counsel can look forward to having a high level of responsibility from an early stage and building strong relationships within the business with the HR, Marketing and Finance teams as well as with the senior management team.

Ideally the firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer who has experience in a similar international law firm, M&A experience would be ideal, but general corporate experience is the key.
