We are selective regarding which firms we work with and conduct regular reviews with our contractors about their experiences, to ensure that we are always working with the most desirable and well-respected employers.

We are highly skilled at matching our candidates and firms. This is reflected in the fact that at present, 68% of our locum's contractors are extended, with many being offered permanent roles. We deal with roles from one week, to 12-month maternity contracts.

We are ahead of the curve regarding hourly rate; we also offer our contracts private health insurance for the duration of their contracts.

We are currently very busy throughout Oxfordshire, with roles in Regional, Legal 500, Top 200, Top100, Specialist and boutique firms.
