7 Partner Solicitors/Accountancy practice seeks Solicitor or CILEX to join busy and expanding Private Client team. You will be dealing with probate matters (up to £10m), drafting simple & complex wills, lifetime, pilot and discretionary will trusts, advising on IHT/CGT and providing advice to the elderly. Some experience with contested probates is an advantage, STEP membership preferred. This role will require travel to Brighton & Hove.
