East Sussex solicitors practice with regional presence seeks Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join busy department. You will be joining a Private Client team of 4 dealing primarily with Probate & Estate matters, LPAs and Court of Protection work, drafting wills and advising clients on IHT & CGT. Some experience with trusts is an advantage, candidates with STEP membership preferred. Generous salary and career progression. Positions are based at either Hastings or Bexhill offices.
