Childcare Solicitor / Lawyer

Our client is a fast growing practice with offices in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. They have acquired numerous awards and accreditations reflecting excellent service and strong reputation that they have gained.

They are now seeking an experienced Family and Childcare Lawyer to join their Mansfield team. The office is located within easy reach of local amenities and good transport links.

THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a personable Family and Childcare Lawyer in Mansfield. This busy department is seeking a qualified Solicitor or a Fee Earner with a minimum of three years' experience within a reputable firm. The ideal Lawyer will be able to prioritise their workload under minimum supervision as the role is relatively stand alone within the Mansfield office, albeit with team support in another site.

The caseload will include: divorce; separation; ancillary relief; children matters; emergency protection and guardianship orders; cohabitation disputes; civil partnership and; pre and post nuptial agreements. It is therefore essential for the successful Lawyer to have expertise in childcare and public law matters.

Family or children panel membership or working towards it is also advantageous in application for this role.
