A new and exciting Fin-Tech organisation are looking or an experienced Commercial lawyer to join their expanding legal team.

A new and exciting, rapidly expanding Fin-Tech organisation, headquartered in the South West.
Description
The role of Senior Legal Counsel will report into the Head of Legal Affairs and will help support sales functions, taking the lead on complex contractual negotiations and providing detailed advisory support where necessary.
Profile
Suitable candidates for the role will have the following skills / experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with over 8 years PQE in commercial law.
- Demonstrable experience in drafting + negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- An experienced financial services lawyer will also be considered.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting sales teams or in being in a fast paced and robust environment.
