This FTSE 100 Business based in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Technology Counsel to join one of its expanding legal teams.
Client Details
A FTSE 100 Retail business.
Description
The primary responsibility is for:
- Providing legal advice to technology teams on issues such as contracting, licensing and development including statements of Work, agreements and amendments for domestic and international contracts, including Statements of Work relating to cloud services, SaaS, consulting/implementation services, maintenance agreements and renewals and software license agreements.
- Leading on contracting matters and negotiations.
- Managing external law firm delivery.
Profile
- The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a combination of technology and commercial experience from a top tier law firm
- Any in house experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Due to the shifting nature of the work you will need to demonstrate adaptability to picking up new areas of work when required.
