Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX

A fantastic opportunity for a talented conveyancer to join a thriving and extremely busy mid tier l500 firm and work within their residential conveyancing department. 

The role is likely to suit a relatively newly qualified solicitor, ILEX or even very experienced paralegal. The need is for the successful individual to have a minimum of 2 years experience running their own transactional caseload. 

The work will be a mix of private and referrer work including sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold) right to buy, transfer of equity, remortgage etc. and you will deal with a file from instruction to post completion, progressing the same using case management. 

The residential team does work closely with the commercial team and therefore depending on the background and qualification of the person appointed there could be some scope to do some commercial work too.
