An opportunity has arisen for a Costs Draftsman with a leading Commercial Law firm based in their Liverpool office.
The reputable firm are seeking a Costs Draftsman/ Negotiator with a minimum of 2/3 years experience.
You will be dealing with a good quality caseload including personal injury, clinical negligence and commercial matters. Your duties will include drafting bills of costs, PODs & replies as well as negotiating settlement. Any advocacy experience would also be an advantage.
You'll be dealing with a defendant caseload however claimant experience will also be considered.
