P/T Commercial Property Lawyer

A fantastic new expansionary role for a talented and self motivated commercial property lawyer to join a thriving and forward thinking business on a part time basis, 3 days a week.

The role has come about due to the firm receiving more enquiries and instructions in this discipline in relation to buying and selling local businesses, lease renewals, landlord and tenant, development and in turn are looking for a specialist to work on a part time basis servicing clients but also being involved in business development, brand awareness and the firm's marketing events.

Its likely the successful candidate will be no less than 5pqe+ and have a proven track record of handling a commercial property caseload and be accustomed to delivering clear & concise advice to clients as well as active in business development.
