Commercial Property Locum – East Anglia – ASAP start – £40-£45 per hour
An attractive opportunity has arisen for a successful Commercial Property Solicitor to aid an established multi-office practice in East Anglia. This position is likely to last for 3 months, with strong possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload consisting of sale and purchases, business leases, development matters and landlord and tenant work.
This is a full time position, although flexibility can be offered for the right candidate. Secretarial support is provided, as well as free on-site parking.
This position will suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
