Childcare Lawyer

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join an excellent local authority. The Childcare Lawyer role is located in a picturesque part of the East Midlands.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake their own caseload, with duties including but not limited to;
* Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
* Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters
* Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions
* Work with a minimal degree of supervision

While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background will definitely be considered.

The ideal candidate will be available at short notice with part and full time availability being considered.
