Legal Counsel

Our client, one of the UK’s largest resource management organisations is  looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a hugely broad and varied role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work autonomously on a range of corporate / commercial matters.

The role will involve:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a range of commercial contracts
• Project related work
• Advising on company secretarial matters
• Advising  on regulatory issues
• Providing strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team

To be considered for the role you should be a qualified general commercial lawyer with a keen interest in working in-house and getting involved in a broad spectrum of work.
