Long-established firm hiring dedicated Personal Injury Lawyer for Slough office.
The Firm
This firm is a long-established provider of legal services for the civil sector with multiple testimonials and recommendations owing to its high standard of client care. The firm is located in Slough, Berkshire, a well-regarded and thriving city within the legal framework. Fortuitously situated close to the town’s local amenities and with good access to road transport links, the firm is in a prime location. In the process of a sustained period of expansion within the business, our client is now looking to hire a dedicated Personal Injury Lawyer.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Personal Injury Lawyer to join a fast-track team who specialise in this area of dispute resolution. The position will require the successful Personal Injury Lawyer to possess up to three years’ experience in personal injury law working either as a qualified Solicitor or a Legal Executive. You will have the opportunity to manage a complex caseload which may include EL, PL and RTA claims with minimal supervision and your duties may include: negotiating settlements; assessing liability and evaluating quantum; use of the Ministry of Justice portal and; obtaining and considering medical records. The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will initially work on a fixed-term-contract basis which will be reviewed with the potential for the role becoming permanent.
