The Role:

  • This is a diverse role incorporating all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, copyright, designs and databases, trademarks and passing off, domain names, plant breeders’ rights, collective licensing disputes and comparative advertising.

Candidate Requirements

  • We are looking or an Intellectual Property Solicitor with experience with both trade marks and patent litigation
  • Ideal candidate will have a life sciences/pharma background
  • Atleast 3-4 years as an IP Solicitor working in a dispute resolution practice at a reputable firm.
