The Firm
With offices in the South East, this leading firm is well-established in the field of law and prides itself on offering a dedicated and approachable service to its longstanding clients regarding a range of legal matters. The firm takes a modern approach to delivering bespoke client care and owing to its continued level of success, it is now hiring a pro-active and talented Commercial Property Solicitor to work on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based in its Canterbury office, which is both a historic cathedral-city location and a prominent city within the legal framework.
The Role
This is an opportune moment to join an expanding firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor. With a reputation for expertise in commercial property, our firm is seeking a senior Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years’ PQE to take a pro-active approach to managing their own caseload. Committed and driven, you will draw upon your proven commercial property skills to undertake duties which may include: acquisition and disposal of commercial premises; landlord and tenant matters; drafting leases for high street retail premises; reviewing and advising on lease amendments and; negotiating settlements and drafting agreements. Passionate about business development, you will build and maintain client relationships and promote the department and office’s services to generate referrals. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will in return, benefit from a supportive working environment and enjoy a varied and challenging role.

You must be a qualified Solicitor and possess at least 5 years’ PQE with solid experience in commercial property.
