Historical practice seeks Civil Litigation Lawyer on a part time basis in East Sussex.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a dedicated Civil Litigation Lawyer on a part time basis in the Hastings area. Joining an experienced team, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied and complex caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction to settlement, with minimal supervision. Areas may include: debt recovery; professional negligence; sales of goods disputes; breach of contract; contentious probate; negotiating settlements and; conducting advocacy as required. Due to the varied nature of work this department handles, experience in contentious probate matters is highly desirable but not essential.
Keen to get involved with business development, the successful Lawyer will build and sustain client relationships and promote the department services to generate referrals. You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid general civil litigation experience;
You shall possess excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;

You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
You will be seeking a part time position.
