Conveyancing / Residential Property Solicitor/Executive NQ - 3 years PQE - Reading

My client, having been ranked in the Legal 500, are renowned for their long-established history of winning and providing exceptional services on large projects. With several locations throughout the Thames Valley, they are looking for a newly qualified (NQ) Solicitor to join their diverse Conveyancing / Residential Property team.

You will be assisting senior fee earners on a varied and interesting caseload of large, often complex property transactions including; Acquisitions & Disposals, Development, Investment, Residential Development. They pride themselves on offering the support to allow you to take on and independently manage your own growing caseload of landed estates, commercial enterprises and private individuals, giving you excellent client exposure early in your career.

The role of residential conveyancer will involve running a full caseload of transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties including specialist transactions at every stage of the process, from initial opening through to post completion with administrative support.

Ideally, you will have experience of working towards targets and playing a part within business development and marketing and maintaining close relationships with local estate agents.
