Corporate Solicitor

Full service West End commercial practice is looking for an additional corporate solicitor to join its thriving Legal 500 listed team. 

The firm is in the 15-20 partner bracket and has a very strong corporate practice led by dynamic partners.

They're now looking for a corporate solicitor with around 2 yrs+ PQE to work alongside the existing team. They are flexible as to experience and whilst a wide ranging corporate background (M&A, joint ventures, start ups, private equity etc) would be perfect, they are also interested to hear from those with more specific or niche experience. The vacancy has arisen as a result of a need to expand and the firm has a very commercial approach to bringing in people that can add something new to the business. 

Applicants should ideally have experience gained in a Central London practice with a recognised corporate department.

This is a great opportunity for a c2yr pqe corporate solicitor to make their mark in a forward-thinking, progressive team as well as to gain exposure to some quality work in this sector of the market,  work with some very experienced corporate partners and develop a corporate caseload of their own.
