The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a new Private Client Senior Associate / Partner into their City of London office.

You will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, often HNW for an international client base. You will run a small but highly experienced team, you will be taking over from a Partner who is due to retire. There is real potential for this department to further grow, they have a very impressive wills cabinet which has recently grown substantially due to their merger. You will lead the team, whilst also running your own, broad Private Client caseload.

This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression, or a Partner seeking Equity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm that has real ambition to continue to grow.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• You will be based in the City of London office
• Experience of leading a team is preferred, but not essential.
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Remuneration is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package
