My client are a leading full service national law firm with an excellent reputation.
They currently have an opening for a specialist Personal Injury Solicitor to join the team as a Team Leader in Cardiff.
The specialist PI department represents clients who have suffered injury either as a result of an accident whether that be RTA, accidents at work or harmful products.
You will manage a team of Fast Track fee earners, mainly paralegals who are processing claims via EL/PL and RTA portals. You will lead the team of fee earners as well as managing your own caseload.
The successful candidate will be a specialist PI solicitor ideally with some management experience, or the skills and desire to be a team leader. This is a dynamic position for a motivated PI solicitor to lead a team as well as developing their own technical skills.
