Junior Litigation Solicitor

My client are a very well established leading Somerset based full service law firm.

Reporting directly to an experienced yet friendly and approachable partner, my client are seeking a junior litigation lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience gained in their training contract or at a junior level across a wide range of civil litigation disputes.

The caseload will encompass a wide range of areas including boundary disputes, contract disputes, landlord & tenant, mobile home and caravan parks.

You will be given autonomy to manage your own caseload with the support of a partner as well as an experienced commercial litigator.

No two days will be the same in this position and you will need to be able to manage a wide range of contentious files and you will also be expected to network in the local area and partake in business development.
