Corporate Lawyer

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the team of a highly regarded international law firm, based in Leeds. Salary upwards of £45k.

Our client is a successful and award winning private practice, who service an impressive client base of PLC, private and institutional organisations from their office in Leeds.

They possess one of the leading Corporate teams in the city. Key areas of their work include: mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), flotations and other equity fundraisings (both on the full list and on AIM), private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital reconstructions and reorganisations.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to the team in Leeds.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2PQE in Corporate law, gained with a city, national, or reputable regional practice. Strong academics are important, as is a commercial outlook and a passion for business development as you will be expected to get involved in the further marketing of the department and wider firm.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading Corporate practices, with the quality of work and client that goes along with that. There are good progression prospects on offer to the successful applicant. Salary upwards of £45k.
