Property Development Lawyer

Experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor sought for new role with international commercial law firm in Manchester. Salary upwards of £55k.

This private practice have a network of offices across the country, and have won many awards across their departments. They are a full service commercial firm providing with a particular expertise in Real Estate. They firm enjoys a reputation in the market as an employer of choice and are a good firm to work for.

Due to expansion there is a need to appoint an experienced Solicitor to the team in Manchester, at Senior Associate level. You will be joining a well-established department which supports clients including Developers, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other public and private sector clients.

They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with strong real estate experience. Ideally proven expertise in the acquisition of development sites, and experience of working with public sector clients will definitely be beneficial. Given the seniority of the role, you will be someone with excellent technical skills, comfortable in progressing matters independently and working on your own initiative. You will be someone who is approachable and a team player. A passion and flair for business development is essential as the firm encourages lawyers to assist in marketing the team and firm. You will have trained and gained a minimum of 5PQE at a city, national or recognised regional practice, backed up by strong academics.

You will gain good exposure to excellent quality work and clients, and you will be working within a market-leading practice group for a top international law firm. There are strong prospects for your career and personal development with an extremely competitive salary and benefits package on offer, which is negotiable depending on your previous experience, upwards of £55k.
