Commercial Disputes Resolutions Solicitor

Hudson are working with a leading national law firm who are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Disputes Resolution department. Based in Leicester, this role is ideally suited for a 1-4 PQE Solicitor who has undertaken a Commercial Litigation seat on their Training Contract, and gained good litigious exposure either upon qualification, or earlier in their career as a Paralegal.

This is an exciting time for the firm as they are looking to grow it's East Midlands practices due to continuous increase in workload. You will be given early responsibility managing your own caseload, as well as assisting more senior team members on large scale disputes.

Broad ranging caseload on offer including warranty claims, IT disputes, shareholder and director disputes, procurement issues, debt recovery etc. The work the team undertakes is often complex and high value in nature, so you will gain exposure to a first rate caseload.

With the firm looking to grow organically, there are opportunities to progress internally to further your career.
