Ryder Reid Legal are looking for a HR Administrators. The main focus of this HR Administrator role will be to support the HR Manager and HR Advisor during a particularly busy period of the year.

As a HR Administrator, you will be expected to apply your organisational and communication skills whilst displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful HR Administrator must display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and the aptitude to manage time well and handle multiple tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within HR. As a HR Administrator, you would be responsible for such duties as;

  • Updating benefit providers for starters and leavers
  • Assisting with pension administration
  • Updating benefits information on databases
  • Basic analysis of survey information
  • Ad hoc project assistance, i.e departmental audits
  • Generalist team assistance as and when needed
