Corporate and Commercial Associate
An established City firm is looking to expand its highly regarded Corporate and Commercial practice with the hire of an ambitious junior Corporate Lawyer.
You will be joining a small, collegiate team advising on a broad range of Corporate and commercial matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals;
- Company formation and governance;
- Shareholder and partnership agreements;
- General commercial contracts; and
- Non-Contentious IP matters.
You will have excellent academics and strong corporate and commercial experience from a reputable practice. Ideally you will be 1 - 3 years' PQE, however some consideration will be given to exceptional individuals at other levels.
