Our client is a leading US Firm with an outstanding global Banking & Finance Group. They currently have a role in their Dubai offices in the UAE for an ambitious Banking Solicitor.

The Role:

  • As a Banking Solicitor you will provide clients in the GCC, Europe, India, Africa and Asia   with advice on a range of conventional and Islamic financing issues relating to the structuring, development, documentation and negotiation of a variety of finance transactions (including complex Sharia-compliant transactions).
  • In addition to the traditional transaction advisory role, you will also have extensive experience working with Sharia scholars, banks and other stakeholders to develop innovative Islamic finance structures for corporates and financiers using both tangible and intangible assets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Atleast 1-2years working for a magic circle or silver tier law firm
  • A commitment to the region
