The Role
This is a prime opportunity for a committed Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join this firm’s busy department. Possessing a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will undertake a range of duties which may include: director/shareholder disputes; commercial contract disputes; professional negligence actions; intellectual property disputes and; claims arising out of the sale and purchase of businesses. Therefore, it is essential to possess solid experience managing your own caseload regarding such commercial litigation matters. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.
