A highly regarded firm based in central Bristol is looking to bring on a commercial property solicitor to work in their busy and thriving Real Estate team. The firm aims to work to a professional level in all matters as well as being practical when it comes to the needs of their client. The role will see you work alongside a senior commercial property partner with whom you can learn and develop your knowledge of commercial property law further.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Extensive experience working with an active caseload of commercial property matters of varying value and complexity
• Excellent client relationship building skills, with the ability to create and develop strong, long lasting client relationships
• Business development skills with the ambition to increase the already strong success of the firm
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of developments in law
• Ability to manage and supervise a small team of staff
• The ideal candidate will be business minded, with excellent client relationship building skills and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision or training.
