This large, well established multi office practice based in the Surrey Hills has asked us to find them a further residential conveyancing fee earner, c.3+ years’ PQE+.
They are looking for a commercially aware solicitor with relevant experience in handing a busy caseload of well valued residential transactions including, freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and remortgages and the acquisition of development sites and related estate conveyancing. Secretarial support will be provided and knowledge of case management software and CQS accreditation would be of distinct advantage.
