Family / Childcare Solicitor

A highly regarded large multisite High Street practice is looking for a Family / Childcare Solicitor to join this successful team in London. The firm are offering a healthy mixed Legal Aid Family and Childcare Law caseload, supportive working environment and clear career progression.

As an Family / Childcare Solicitor you will be joining a team of 5 lawyers ( Panel Members) in the firm and play a key role in promoting and growing the department as well as covering an existing caseload including:

·         acting for parents in care and supervision applications, 

·         EPOs, 

·         special guardianship and adoption applications

·         Domestic Violence within the Family Law cases

The ideal Family / Childcare Solicitor candidate will have 1-4 years PQE or equivalent and desirable qualification as a Childcare Panel Member.

In return the client is offering a generous salary plus a benefits package including generous holidays and contributory pension.
