Our client is a leading and niche practice in Central London. A robust firm, they serve the needs of a diverse clientele in London and the surrounding counties. They also boast of an experienced team of Lawyers who have gained accreditations and solid experience in their roles. Providing quality and professional services, they are now seeking a Duty Solicitor to join their London office.
The role
We are actively seeking a Duty Solicitor for a reputable firm in Central London. Ability to conduct advocacy in the Magistrates and Crown Courts and having Higher Rights of Audience would be advantageous. A hands on role, your matters will include: drug offences; fraud; representing clients in the police station; acting in Crime Act proceedings; road traffic accidents; extradition; appeals; confiscation and; violent crimes. The successful Solicitor will have solid experience and the ability to confidently communicate in clear and concise manner at all times. You will also be able to attend to clients in and out of hours. This role is offered on a part time, permanent basis.

You must be a qualified Solicitor with Crime Duty Accreditation;
Higher Rights of Audience is advantageous;
You must be detail oriented;
You will be available to work on a part time basis;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines;

You will have excellent client care skills.
