In House Counsel - Solicitor 3PQE + Technology/Outsourcing to join a market leader in the IT sector

THE ROLE

As a member of an established, fast growing legal team, you will be expected to manage a varied international cross border workload advising the business on both commercial and legal matters relating to;

IT strategy, negotiating and drafting major outsourcing agreements for private and public sector customers, complex commercial contracts, risk management, Data Protection and TUPE matters.

The post holder will be expected to work alongside the business, this is an ideal role for a Solicitor looking for a varied and rewarding in house role

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting in house role, applicants must have experience of managing IT/outsourcing contacts ideally gained from an in house legal environment in the technology sector. Candidates with Data Protection experience would be of particular interest for this role..

The role could be located in the City or Milton Keynes
