A highly rated Legal 500 listed national practice is keen to appoint an experienced contentious probate solicitor to its very well regarded Contentious Probate team at either Senior Associate or Partner level and be based at the firms' modern Birmingham city centre offices.

The Contentious Probate Team has access to some of the very best quality work and many of the cases the team is instructed on attract media attention. You will be an experienced contentious probate solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE and have experience of not only dealing with high value and technically complex contentious probate matters but also professional negligence matters emanating from the wider private client arena.

The team is open to applications from Senior Associates who perhaps want to gain exposure to really high quality matters as well as from existing partners who are keen to benefit from the sheer scale of the firms' size and reputation in order to leverage off the brand to gain access a higher calibre client base.
