Leading London law firm seeks an experienced and confident Human Resources Assistant to join their team.

You'll be working closely with the HR Manager, assisting with day-to-day HR generalist, personnel and payroll administration, including:

  • administration of payroll and benefits schemes;
  • recruitment administration for permanent vacancies and temporary cover;
  • administration relating to new starters and leavers, transfers;
  • maintaining HR policies and procedures;
  • maintaining databases and other records; and
  • projects and other ad hoc duties as required.

You'll have previous payroll experience and strong generalist HR administration experience, as well as excellent IT skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
