This organisation is a global insurance company with offices across the world.

Your new role
This job is the Company Secretary to the European operations and will provide board and committee meeting support to the board and main operating companies. Supported by a team of professionals you will advise on corporate governance best practice and work with directors and NEDs with regards to their responsibilities and train them where required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified company secretary and have significant working experience in a commercial environment in a complex international organisation. You will need to have experience of operating at the very senior level of management and be able to manage a company secretarial department.
