Planning Lawyer

Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in South West England for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local authority which is well known for it's excellent working enviroment, friendly team and easily accesible location.

The Planning Lawyer will ideally be willing to work on a full time basis, and will want to be in an office environment.

The successful candidate will undertake an all-encompassing planning role, with a strong empashisis on:

* Handling S.106 agreements

* Attending planning committee

* Providing general advice as and when required

The role is to start asap, and will be for an initial 3 month period, however this may be extended. Location wise, this organsisation is well situated, and can be easily accessed via public transport or road networks.
