Growing practice seeks Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with a flair for business development!

The Role
We are now actively seeking a pro-active and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a thriving CQS accredited team based in Hampshire. Managing a varied caseload of high quality residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion, the successful Lawyer will ensure excellent client care and service at all times. Areas may include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; remortgages; lease drafting and extensions; transfers of equity; shared ownership and; equity release schemes. Our client is therefore particularly keen to hear from Lawyer who have solid experience in shared ownership work, however this is not essential as training can be given.

In addition, it is envisaged that this role will involve the supervision and training of paralegal as well as participate in business development initiatives, building strong, long-lasting client relationships and generating referrals. Offered on a full or part time basis, this is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active Fee Earner with a proven record of good billing, to play a key role in the continued growth of a busy conveyancing team. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient, able to run a varied conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision;
Solid experience in shared ownership is desirable but not essential;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to confidently organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will possess strong IT skills with experience using case management systems ideal;
You will be personable, professional and detail orientated;
You shall be a pro-active team player with a flair for business development.
