The department are looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor with 2-5 Yrs. PQE. The chosen candidate will work on a range of issues so a sound knowledge of and interest in digital media, data and IT contracts will be ideal. Moreover, you will have previous experience in advising on contractual risk and negotiating contracts with the aim of achieving commercial solutions for clients. That experience will have been gained either in-house or at another highly-regarded commercial law firm where the candidate will have obtained broad experience.

My client hold particular expertise in technology-related issues including IT provision and on-line trading issues, intellectual property rights management, the management, exploitation and protection of data, trading arrangements including joint ventures, partnering arrangements, agency and distribution agreements, procurement agreements and outsourcing agreements.
