I am looking to speak with a Property Litigation Solicitor who has good, extensive experience of working on all types of property litigation and advisory matters. The firms' dedicated real estate litigation team provides expert advice on the full range of real estate related disputes as well as specialist guidance on landlord and tenant matters.
The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex property disputes, while clients range from investment managers with large and varied real estate portfolios to office occupiers and retailers, as well as charities and individuals with smaller portfolios. The chosen candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in property litigation from an established firm. The work will be high level and rewarding, and will push a driven and ambitious lawyer to take on complex work for a varied and international client based that include property investors, occupiers and developers.
You will have good academics with a minimum of 2:1 first degree and a desire to progress quickly as a property litigation specialist. An excellent, industry leading package is offered along with ongoing career prospects with a top-tier law firm.
