Defendant Liability Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal with Personal Injury experience to join a top tier law firm’s market leading Defendant Liability team.

The team act for well-known clients and on high profile cases, led by Partners who are recognised as market leaders. Their Personal Injury cases range from ‘slips and trips’ to spinal injuries and amputations.

The successful Paralegal can look forward to a hands on role with lots of responsibility, which will include interviewing witnesses, instructing experts, managing counsel and preparing for hearings.

The successful Paralegal will have Personal Injury experience from another law firm, Defendant experience would be beneficial but those with a Claimant background are also encouraged to apply.

This role would really suit a Paralegal working in Litigation in a smaller firm, looking to build on and develop their experience in an international law firm.
