SHAFTESBURY
UP TO £40,000 PLUS BENEFITS
This reputed multi officed law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE to join their busy team.
Due to development within the team a new role has become available.
As a litigation solicitor in this firm your case load will be broad. You will advise on all manner of commercial and civil disputes including:
· Property Litigation
· Professional Negligence
· Debt Recovery
· Breach of Contract
· Director/Shareholder Disputes
You will join this small team and be involved in business development, to include attending client events and general business events in order to encourage new business. There is genuine career development potential in this role.
Ideally, you should have trained at (and continued working within) another excellent regional firm. You will have either/both commercial and civil litigation experience.
