An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a Private Practice in Manchester for a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
Day to Day Duties:
- Drafting contracts and transfers for sales and purchases
- Carrying out title reviews and preparing titles, mortgages and contract reports with minimal supervision
- Dealing with enquiries and requisitions from the other side with minimal supervision
- Obtaining office copy entries and request searches
- Dealing with completion and post completion matters
The successful candidate will be an experienced paralegal with experience in a similar role/ within conveyancing.
