Property Litigation Legal Assistant/ Paralegal

My client, a leading regional law firm, are looking for a paralegal to join their successful and growing property litigation team in Bath.

They are looking for successful paralegals with experience in Property litigation, general civil litigation, or general (non-contentious) property work. Candidates should also have good communication skills, be happy managing their own time and be comfortable with modern IT systems. An academic background in law would be helpful.

You will be assisting on the varied caseload directly to the senior staff, including document management, disclosures, cost statements, attending court with Counsel and business development opportunities.

Further, you will also have the autonomy to manage your own caseload as a fee earner. This will include training in order to manage files from start to finish on everything from residential possession proceedings and lease extensions, to advocacy in court for short hearings and managing client relationships.
