Commercial Property Solicitor

The role involves working in the firms Commercial Property department where you will be handling a mixed Commercial Property caseload. The successful candidate will enjoy a broad mix of work including experience of Landlord and Tenant transactional matters, some development related work and freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions and secured lending. The ideal candidate will be looking for a role where they can make a real foot print in the Real Estate Home Counties legal market. Experience of dealing with a caseload, under supervision is vital whilst also holding experience of participating in business development and networking activities.

We are looking for candidates at different levels and would accept applications from individuals with at least 3 Yrs.+ PQE. This, coupled with strong academics/ training from an established, regional or city firm is a key requirement.
