**Commercial Associate wanted for an International firm**

Hudson Legal have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level Commercial Associate to join the London team of a leading International firm.

This highly rated commercial team work on a variety of matters, including commercial contracts, advertising and marketing matters, cloud solutions, data protection and cybersecurity issues for a variety of global technology companies, advertising and digital agencies and household brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leading Partners in this field and work closely with an array of high profile clients.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

*Strong academics

*3+ years PQE

*Experience at a highly rated UK firm, US firm and/or experience in-house
