Wills and Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-known and respected law firm based in Barnsley. We are looking for applications from experienced Wills and Probate Solicitors and Legal Executives who have circa 1-4 PQE (although this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered).

You will be handling your own caseload comprising the full mix of Wills and Probate files including;

• Wills
• Probate
• Powers of Attorney
• LPAs and EPAs
• Court of Protection
• Inheritance Tax

You should also have experience of business development as there will be an element of this in the role.
