An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a nationally recognised legal practice in Liverpool has just come available. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload and will include development work, acquisitions/disposals, landlord and tenant and corporate support, as well as strategic advice. You will be working within a successful team that has a strong team morale, as well as working closely with the senior management on larger commercial property projects when required.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a genuine passion for Commercial Property and show commitment to their own development in this area of specialism. It is desirable for the solicitor to have had 5 years PQE or more in Commercial Property, but not essential.
